Who hasn't, who wants to again? With our latest SmartWOD workout of the month, you can do 4 extra rounds. But will they be as fun as at the fair? Probably not.


You don't really need much for “Tequilling Me Softly” – and yet the For Time workout will challenge you.

With the SmartWOD “Workout of the Month”, we publish a new workout every month for what is arguably the fittest community in the world – the SmartWOD community. And we offer three difficulty levels – from beginner to professional athlete.


Usually, there is also a minimal or home version that you can do with less equipment. In April, however, you should stop by the box of your choice – unless you have an air bike in your garage.

SmartWOD workout of the month

A little bit on the bike and a few juggling exercises with dumbbells in between – it can't be that hard, can it?


With “Tequilling Me Softly”, however, you'll quickly lose the fun, because the 4 rounds pack a real punch.


What do you need for the workout?



Moritz's tip: Try to complete each round in a similar time. Use the breaks, because the 4 rounds will challenge you more than you might initially think.

Ok, let's take a closer look at the workout! Here are the three different levels.


Tip: You can also do this workout with two kettlebells (20/26 kg) instead of two dumbbells.

Which level is right for me?


This time, the weight of the dumbbells or kettlebells alone determines this:


  • You don't have a problem doing lots of reps with a lot of weight? Then the performance level is perfect for you!

  • If you need to scale the weight, you automatically fall into the fitness or starter level – and that too will be challenging.

Who is Moritz Fiebig?


In case you don't know Moritz yet: He's from Hamburg, where he owns his own CrossFit box, Sankt Pauli Athletik. Moritz has already competed in the CrossFit Games three times (2022, 2023 & 2024). He also became the “Fittest Man in Germany” for the fourth time in a row in 2024. A real beast.


By the way, you'll see Moritz everywhere in our Workout Generator app: in the exercise library, you'll find videos with him in which he shows you how to perform individual movements correctly. And he also appears regularly in our Instagram story.
